Altitude Vend Co. is a Sacramento-based umbrella company behind concepts like Alleyway Bites, Aviators Coffee Co., Splash & Shine, SitSignal, and Prideful Attire. We’re looking for dependable, kind, and community-focused people who aren’t afraid to get a little scrappy and wear a few different hats.

Some days that looks like working a packed Friday night food event, other days it’s prepping for a farmers market, supporting pop-up coffee service, or helping with cleaning projects for our clients.

Event Lead / Shift Lead

As an Event Lead / Shift Lead, you’ll run Alleyway Bites booths at games, markets, apartment events, and community pop‑ups. You’re the point person for the shift — making sure the grill is hot, the line is moving, and the vibes stay good from setup to teardown.

  • Lead event setup and breakdown (tents, tables, equipment, signage)

  • Coordinate with event organizers, market managers, and property staff

As a Neapolitan Pizza Cook with Alleyway Bites, you’ll help launch and grow our new 11" handmade Neapolitan-style pizza menu for catered events and future markets. You’ll be hands-on with dough, toppings, and cooking during high-energy pop-ups and catering gigs.

🎯 What you’ll do:

  • Prep Neapolitan-style dough, sauces, and toppings before events
  • Hand-stretch and build 11" pizzas to spec during service
  • Operate and monitor pizza ovens safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized work station and follow food safety guidelines
  • Support setup and teardown for pizza-focused events and pop-ups

As a Coffee Cart Barista, you’ll operate our mobile Aviators Coffee Co. cart at pop‑ups, markets, and partner events. You’ll be the friendly face guests meet before their flight-themed latte, crafting drinks and keeping the cart running smoothly from setup to last call.

  • Prepare espresso drinks, cold brew, and signature Aviators Coffee Co. beverages

As a Social Media & Content Coordinator, you’ll help tell the story of brands like Alleyway Bites, SitSignal, Aviators Coffee Co., and Prideful Attire. You’ll turn real-life moments into scroll-stopping content and keep our community in the loop about launches, events, and behind-the-scenes life.

🎯 What you’ll do:

  • Create TikToks, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos from footage and photo dumps
  • Draft captions, announcements, and promos in each brand’s voice
  • Help plan content calendars around events, launches, and seasons
  • Pull and organize media (photos, clips, user-generated content) for posts
  • Reply to comments and DMs using friendly, on-brand messaging

As a Sticker & Merch Illustrator for Prideful Attire, you’ll help bring queer-friendly, soft-boy, gaming, and fandom-inspired designs to life. Your artwork will show up on stickers, future apparel, and special drops for our community.

🎯 What you’ll do:

  • Create print-ready illustrations based on concept briefs and moodboards
  • Collaborate on sticker packs, themed drops, and seasonal releases
  • Prepare clean, production-ready files (high-res PNG/SVG) with correct sizing and bleed
  • Iterate on feedback to get designs ready for launch

  • Assist with vendor applications, forms, and email follow-ups

As a Backend Developer (JavaScript), you’ll help scale SitSignal’s backend using Firebase Functions, Firestore, and integrations like Stripe and SendGrid. You’ll work closely with the founder to clean up existing code, ship new features, and make the platform more reliable for sitters and pet parents.

🎯 What you’ll work on:

  • Refactor and improve existing Firebase Functions and API endpoints
  • Design and implement new backend features in Node.js
