Altitude Vend Co. (“Altitude Vend Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information across all Altitude Vend Co. brands, websites, storefronts, pop-ups/events, customer communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This policy applies to all Altitude Vend Co. brands including (non-exhaustive): Altitude Vend Co., Prideful Attire, Altitude Lemonade, Altitude Eats, Aviators Coffee Co., Alleyway Bites, Altitude Snack Co., Splash & Shine, Parkside Harvest Market, and any future affiliated brands, products, or domains.
If a brand posts a supplemental policy for a specific service, that supplemental policy will apply in addition to this one.

California Notice at Collection (CCPA/CPRA)

This section is provided for California residents and describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for collection, and your rights. This Notice is part of our Privacy Policy.

We collect these categories:
  • Identifiers (name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, account IDs)
  • Commercial information (products purchased, order history, customization details)
  • Internet/network activity (IP address, device/browser data, site interactions)
  • Customer service communications
  • Uploaded content for custom orders (photos/artwork/text) if you provide it

Do we sell or share personal information? We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising” as that term is defined under California law. We may disclose information to service providers/contractors for business purposes (e.g., payment processing, shipping).

Retention: We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, providing support, preventing fraud, and meeting legal/tax obligations (see Data Retention).

We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from our service providers related to your transactions.

Name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, account details, order details, personalization details, and messages you send us (support requests, social messages, forms).
Information collected automatically
IP address, device and browser information, approximate location (derived from IP), pages viewed, links clicked, and other usage data through cookies or similar technologies.
Information from service providers
Payment confirmation and limited transaction details from payment processors; shipping status/confirmations from carriers; and fraud/risk signals from security tools (where used).
What we generally do not collect
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs) unless you voluntarily provide it and it is necessary for a specific request. Please do not send sensitive information through upload fields or support messages.

2. Custom Orders, Personalization & Photo Uploads

If you order a personalized product (such as engraved tumblers, wallet cards, recipe boards, stickers, apparel, signage, or other custom work), you may provide customization instructions such as names, dates, phrases, artwork, logos, and/or photos (“Custom Content”).

How we use Custom Content

Ownership and permissions

You represent that you have the rights/permission to submit Custom Content (including any photo, logo, or artwork). You grant us a limited license to use that Custom Content solely to provide the Services (including creating/producing your order). We do not claim ownership of your Custom Content.

Do we use customer photos for marketing?

No, not by default. We do not use uploaded photos or personal custom designs in advertising or public posts without your explicit permission (for example, written consent in a message or an opt-in checkbox). If you grant permission, you can revoke it at any time by contacting us.

How long do we keep Custom Content?

We retain Custom Content for a limited period to support production, reorders, and customer service. We may retain order records longer to comply with tax/accounting obligations. See Data Retention for details.
